Client: Affirmative Insurance Holdings

Background:  Affirmative is a growing integrated insurance holding company which produces and provides non-standard automobile insurance policies.

Business Problem:  Because of its rapid growth, Affirmative’s management wanted to evolve its web site into a company portal for supporting corporate and field operations.

Approach and Solution:
Kaeppel was retained to develop a Web Strategy and Single Portal for broad company use to enhance standardization and productivity.

We conducted a wide range of interviews to assess Stakeholder requirements.  From that base we collaboratively developed a detailed web strategy and design.  The final step was to outline a roadmap with initiatives and requirements to achieve the desired goals and objectives, stated in measurable terms to allow careful monitoring of progress.
