Mari Hune

Chief Administrative Officer

Maricela (Mari) Hune is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a BBA in Accounting and Information Systems and an MBA with a concentration in Managerial Accounting.

Mari’s passion for business is centered on the core principles of ‘continuous improvement’ and ‘superior customer service.’  The first 15 years of her career were spent in executive management with two of the largest manufacturers in the promotional products industry. Her various managerial roles focused on the training of excellence in customer service, business development, and the implementation of a culture that embraces continuous improvement methodologies.   With successful reductions in waste, growth in sales, and the development and acquisition of new product lines, Mari felt it was time to let the natural teacher in her share what she had learned with start-ups and small business owners.  She found herself surrounded by a group of business-wise women at Bauer, Willis and Associates and dedicated herself to working with small business owners as they established their policies and procedures for payroll, human resource benefits, and financial reporting requirements.

Mari joined Kaeppel Consulting July 2011. As CAO, she is responsible for the firm’s financial reporting, contractual commitments, and benefits management.  It is always her goal to share her experience in business management and leadership style to enrich the culture of Kaeppel Consulting.  She is honored to be part of an organization that defines its success by its client’s success stories.

This seasoned business executive isn’t all work; her husband, children, church and extended family and friends balance her life.
