Kaeppel Consulting delivers business transformation assistance in four related but distinct areas:

Consulting »
We provide a wide range of business transformation consulting services. With our consulting approach, we bring just-in-time Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project Management for executing projects to build excellence and bring meaningful change. However, we always consult with an eye toward enabling the client for the longer term through training and coaching the SME content before leaving.

Training & Development »
Kaeppel Consulting uses a broad range of best-practices, industry standards, experience, and research to develop our world-class training products. Many of our instructors have vast background experience in consulting and corporate experience in their field of knowledge. We are a custom build training shop, which means we take the requirements from our clients and produce “Client Specific” training. We find incorporating cultural elements and tailoring to specific learning objectives makes our training more effective in seeing changed behaviors from our students. Typical instruction includes Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Leadership and Sponsorship training.

Staffing »
At Kaeppel Consulting, we are also committed to providing top talent to our clients. We provide Temp Staffing, Contract-to-Hire and Direct Hire options. Utilizing our network of professionals and multiple databases of candidates, we can provide the right fit for your project needs. Kaeppel recruits for countrywide needs in the area of IT resources, Project Managers, Process Engineers and any resource where our client has well defined job descriptions.

IT Development »
Kaeppel Consulting has the capability to Design, Build and Maintain applications on both backend systems and mobile platforms. We understand the traditional SDLC processes and how to develop with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methods. Kaeppel leverages both onshore and offshore resources to ensure time-, cost-effective development and maintenance. With any technology and automation, Kaeppel recommends the process of “Simplify through Process Improvement” first, “Standardize to remove variation” second,” and then “Automate or Outsource.” This approach ensures you are not automating bad process and creating a worse experience for your customers.
