Kaeppel Consulting is in immediate need of an End User Trainer 2 for a project with our client in Austin, TX.
This instructor will be responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs. He or she writes literature and materials to be used in programs and designs exercises to enhance lectures; shall deliver on-site and web-based training courses covering any number of software solutions, and collects and reports data about resource usage.
This instructor uses a computer to organize and draft a curriculum that breaks a complex subject into blocks or units of instruction, creates graphics, and integrates them into curriculum. Workshops may be instructor led, computer-based, interactive, or non-interactive. This instructor also facilitates short workshops in accordance with approved curriculum.
This specialist will gather, analyze, translate and compose technical information into clear, readable materials to be used by technical and non-technical personnel and must have a basic understanding of EIR Accessibility and assistive technologies used by people with disabilities.
Specific project requirements include:
- Building and strengthening our relationship with our educator preparation community
- Creating critical questions for analysis for EPPs to use in their continuous improvement
- Utilizing the state-level view of the data to highlight trends and consult with TEA leadership on best ways to further study
- Collaborate with visualization developers to update data products to be more user-friendly.
