We enhanced Trinity University’s processes by replacing legacy systems for the HR and Finance Department. We completed a major overhaul of their processes by evaluating their gaps and revamping the mitigating the challenges found. Through our methods, we ensured a smooth transition to implement the Workday platform while improving data quality and efficiency. |

After conducting an initial ITIL framework maturity assessment on Trinity’s IT system, we found their system needed enhanced maturity before introducing the Workday platform. Without these changes meant risks and challenges during the implementation process. |

We completed a total transformation and reorganization of IT. Additionally, we provided leadership within the IT organization to help manage the transformation process. Kaeppel ran projects to improve practice areas such as security, asset management, project management, data and reporting, and all process areas in ITIL to progress Trinity to ITIL 3 maturity. |
